The World is Turning Blue
Somebody yell, "Breathe!" Or spank it on the butt! This new blue is going to be born because we are ready for it to happen. One of my favorite quotes is from Victor Hugo (I think) who said, "The thing more powerful than all the armies in the world is an idea whose time has come." It's not just Barack Obama. It's us! It's us! We are the ones who choose to take responsibility for what we create together...or not. The blue future begins with a blue present which will blossom into greens, yellows, orange, ...until the whole rainbow is our rainbow again. Not just theirs. The world is turning blue. And it will be all of us who are reborn.

Thanks Glenn! Welcome to Free Souls. It does feel like we are in the wave of a movement just beginning to roll with gusto. Here is a quote from a blog I wrote a few months ago, "The Obama Mystery."
"The Greeks had a word for time, kairos, which carried a sense of the opportune moment. In the Eastern Orthodox liturgy it is the point when earthly time intersects with Eternity. Kairos is used in the New Testament to proclaim that Christ’s redemptive act occurred “at just the right time.” 3 The columnist E.J. Dionne quotes a friend of his who astutely observed, “Hilary ran the last campaign of the 20th century, Obama ran the first campaign of the 21st century.” 4
